Sakit and Terbengkalai are KPKT's own terms, rendered here as distressed and abandoned. They are the register's assessment of a project, not ours, and the register does not publish the reasoning behind either.
A flag against a developer is not a finding of fraud. KPKT blacklists for administrative breaches as well as serious ones, and more than half of all flagged developers have no distressed or abandoned project at all. Read a marker as a reason to check with KPKT, not as a verdict.

“Developers involved” counts the separately registered companies carrying at least one such project in that state. The register records no parent company, so a group building through several subsidiaries appears as several developers — and must not be added up as one.

These are counts from a public register, not accusations. A project can be recorded as distressed for reasons outside the developer's control, and the register publishes no cause. Each company's full record, including what it has completed, is on its own page.
What this cannot tell you
- Why a project stalled. The register records a status and no reason.
- Whether it has since recovered. The status is as at the latest import, and a project can move between states.
- Anything about developers with few projects. A company with two projects and no flags has no delivery history, not a good one — which is why the per-developer pages refuse to read below three.
- How a group performs. The register has no parent-company field, so subsidiaries are counted separately and are not summed here.
