What changed
This week in Malaysian property, as the registers this site imports record it: KPKT's housing developer register, NAPIC's registered sales, auction listings and asking prices. Every figure links to the page that holds it. Nothing here is written by hand or by AI, and each section says since when it has been tracked.
The developer register
The register is re-read every Sunday. Changes are recorded from the next import onwards, so this section fills from then.
Today the register records 190 projects as Terbengkalai, 292 projects as Sakit and 145 projects as Lewat. The statuses are KPKT's own words, recorded as the register shows them on the day of the weekly import; KPKT does not publish its reasons. See the delivery record.
New permits
93 projects' permits began in the last 30 days, by the permit dates the register publishes. The largest:
A permit date is filled in once a project's detail has been read from KPKT, which is rate-limited and runs behind the list, so a project permitted this week may appear here a week or two later.
Auctions
25 lots with a published date go to auction in the next seven days, most in Selangor (7), Sarawak (6), Perak (5). Another 1,996 are dated only to the month by the source, so the week's true count is higher. 208 lots have been first listed since 15 Oct 2026, when the importer began recording new listings.
A reserve is where bidding opens, not what a lot sells for. See all auctions and auction discounts.
Registered sales
5 sales entered the NAPIC register since 15 Oct 2026, when the importer began recording them, most in Pahang (4), Johor (1). Registration runs months behind, so a sale entering the register this week was usually made earlier — the month it was made is shown beside it.
Asking prices
Of 200,727 listings watched for the last seven days, 9,402 cut their asking price (4.7%), by a median 3.4%, and 1,486 raised it. Asking prices are what sellers want, not what buyers pay.
