Information we process
Searches and calculator inputs may be processed to provide results. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, bank details or confidential property records to the AI assistant.
AI requests
When AI is enabled, the question and relevant grounded context may be sent to the configured model provider. API credentials remain server-side.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count page views and understand which research tools get used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google. Advertising features are switched off: we do not enable Google Signals or ad personalisation, so the data is not used to build advertising audiences. Your IP address is anonymised. Nothing you type into a calculator or the AI assistant is sent to Analytics.
Retention
This initial release does not promise persistent chat history. Operational logs may be retained for reliability and security.
