What free actually means here
- No account. Nothing on the site is gated behind a sign-in, including the full transaction history.
- No sampling. You see every registered record we hold, not the first twenty with the rest behind an upgrade.
- Sources are named. Every dataset above states its origin, and the source status page shows when each was last checked.
- Methods are published. The methodology page gives the formulas, including the limitations of each.
- Estimates are labelled. Developer asking prices are marked as asking prices; recent months are marked provisional because registrations arrive late.
